REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in good condition, including all accessories and, whenever possible, in its original packaging. Reasonable handling of the product is permitted to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

You will also need to provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your request has been approved.

Returns sent without prior authorization from our support team will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

We may request photos or videos to verify the reported issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened, where applicable.

  • Products used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you must return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned item or after you provide valid proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to post the refund to your account.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If you believe your order has been lost or has not been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country, state, province, or region of residence.

Where local laws provide consumers with additional cancellation, withdrawal, return, or refund rights, those rights will prevail to the extent required by law.
